To assist the LCO Community in preventing the spread of infectious disease or viruses the LCO Health Center has implemented an emergency triage process.

We are encouraging our community members to stay home if at all possible but to call ahead to the clinic so that we may provide you efficient high quality care.

If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 please call your healthcare provider for medical advice at 715-638-5168.

The following symptoms* may appear 2-14 days after exposure:

• Fever

• Cough

• Shortness of Breath

If you develop emergency warning signs for COVID-19 get medical attention immediately. Emergency warning signs* include:

• Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath

• Persistent pain or pressure in the chest

• New confusion or inability to wake easily

• Bluish lips or face

*This list is not all inclusive. Please consult your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning.

Dedicated staff will assist you with the triage process, information on symptoms to be aware of and care plans in the event that you are asked to self-isolate.

Our staff remains diligent in monitoring the evolving COVID-19 event and will assist you through the triage process should your symptoms meet testing criteria.

Again please stay home if possible, stay safe and healthy.
